Product Description
Specification: 600 * 600 * 33mm, height can be customized.
Base material
The OA600 all steel network floor panel is made of SPCC hard cold steel plate, and the bottom is made of ST14 stretch plate, which is stretched, spot welded, phosphated, and spray molded. The inner cavity is filled with lightweight foam cement, and the four corners are locked with corner locks. Cable trays can be arranged around the floor as needed for easy wiring of strong and weak electricity, as well as maintenance and repair, fully reflecting the elevated functionality of the floor. The unique design of 32 protrusions at the bottom of the floor solves the previously weak link in the flat area and enhances the overall ultimate load-bearing capacity of the floor.
Supporting structure
Steel brackets with different elevations and diameters can be customized to meet the needs of different overhead heights and load-bearing requirements. The height of the bracket itself can be fine tuned to solve local slight height differences in the floor. All brackets are treated with anti-corrosion coating or spraying.
Assemble
Assemble with networking bracket, square tube crossbeam, and screws.
