What is a raised floor?

Raised floor, also known as dissipative electrostatic floor, is a kind of floor type assembled by brackets, beams and panels. When such raised floor is installed, there will be a certain space between the ground and the floor, which has the functions of wiring and air supply. When the raised floor is grounded or connected to any lower potential point, it can dissipate the charge, the resistance is 10 to the 5th power Ω ~ 10 to the 9th power Ω. In rooms with many lines such as computer rooms, there are many advantages in using this kind of overhead floor.

Raised floor is how to do it?

1. Ground engineering construction → setting out → dust removal on the ground → installation of column feet → leveling (electromechanical information socket, etc.) → installation of control panel → sub-item acceptance. None of the seven main steps can be omitted.

2. Laying-out: in the room where the raised floor is to be laid, the raised floor and the axis position shall be typeset according to the specific conditions of the room, and then the ground grid line shall be released.

3. Base course repair: at the intersection of the horizontal and vertical lines of the row board, that is, at the position of the installation base (supporting foot seat), the subfloor can be levelled or filled to achieve satisfactory supporting effect.

4. Base - level cleaning: dust removal on the ground. Before preparing to install the raised floor, use a vacuum cleaner to clean up all the dust, construction debris and other debris on the ground.

5. Install the support feet: Apply adhesive on the base of the support rod, and use anchor bolts to firmly install the floor support feet on the bottom layer without looseness.

6. Adjust the height of the support leg: According to the ground level, adjust the height of the support leg. Use the threaded connection to raise or lower the sleeve. After reaching the required elevation, add a vibration - proof nut and a leveling nut on the thread (or aluminum cylinder).

7. Installation of veneer: Assemble the board surface and draw lines around it to ensure that they can be adapted through connection. The gap between the board surface and the vertical surface is not more than 3mm. Ensure the safety of laying portable appliance panels. Fully clean with a vacuum cleaner (including safety panels, front seat backs). Do not cut half a plate in the room under construction.

8. Cleaning and finish protection: After laying the finished raised floor, use a vacuum cleaner to carry out a comprehensive system cleaning, and then report to the acceptance. After checking whether it is qualified, use plastic cloth to cover the organization tightly to avoid entering dust or being seriously damaged.
